Aaron Streeton began his professional journey in operations consulting in 2005, with a keen emphasis on analysis, leadership development, process optimization, and the implementation of integrated management systems, all aimed at the holistic solutions of a Targeted Operating Model. His worldwide management and execution of complex, transformative programs have resulted in significant cost reductions and revenue increases, exceeding $1 billion across various industries.
Prior to starting Tengu, Aaron served as the Chief Delivery Officer at a global management consulting group, overseeing Global Operations and ensuring client success across six continents and in over thirty countries. In his career, he has led transformation engagements for notable Canadian companies. One of his significant achievements was taking over and managing a global transformation effort during the pandemic, ensuring project quality in Europe and Asia. He spent six months in China in the first half of 2021, leading a local team at two of the sites in Shanghai and Nanjing.
Aaron possesses a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and is a Certified Executive Coach. His highly esteemed ability to merge technical and tactical methods in his engagements is notable. He excels at transforming client strategies into actionable realities. Aaron is frequently praised by clients and peers alike for his composed and capable manner, subtle sense of humour, and unwavering commitment to client success.
